We had a comfortable stay overall. The location was great- close to the marina with convenient beach access. Our room was a good size and had a spacious balcony. There were three of us staying, the hotel provided an extra bed to accommodate us comfortably. A special thanks to Redwan, who cleaned and prepared our room with great care and attention to detail. While the hotel doesn’t offer a huge range of amenities, the pool is a decent size, and the beach access is a definite plus. Overall, a pleasant stay in a convenient location.

Beautiful hotel, calm, clean with wonderful staff. We stayed just as a stop over but wished we could stay longer. The restaurant was also very good and the breakfast had a large selection. Not sure how anyone could not enjoy their stay. As a tip the entrance is at gate 2 for security.

Experience was great, rooms were clean and spacious. Service was amazing in all aspects. Beach access (Al Alamein beach) and golf cart transport was great. Ayadina restaurant newly opened and food is delicious. One issue was faced and that one of our two rooms was billed with damaging the iron board cover. The ironing board was never actually used by us in that room, if it was in the other room then at least report it correctly as this is a situation that requires intricacy in being handled in every step. Everything else was great.

So we had two reservations at the hotel. Breakfast is terribly bad. I even mentioned it to the one of the staff at the restaurant (ayadina) and the manager didn’t bother to come and speak to me but chose to send me a review sheet. So we ended up not going to the breakfast buffet. It was my birthday I wished that they would upgrade me or keep me in the same room. In fact moving from a room to room took around an hour and an half and was very unorganized. We came to our new room (second reservation) and got locked out for more an hour until the IT team came and fixed it. I wouldn’t come here again a lot of issues.
