Breakfast was nasty pork meat only the first room I was assigned had a backed up plumbing issue yoi can smell the poop from other people who stayed here years ago wheb I first got to my assigned floor it was prostitutes in the elevator hall when I got to the stinky room they looked out the elevator hall to see what room I was going in like what kinda messy sketchy stuff y’all got going on here? DONT STAY AT ANY HOTEL IN THIS ARE THEY ARE MOTELS NOT HOTELS AND THEY GIVE YOU ONE TOWEL RAG AND FACE TOWEL SMH

No. The airport shuttles run every hour to an hour and a half. So you have to wait at the airport. Upon arrival the lobby is dark and lights are dim. The building wreaks of a foul odor. The room was dirty . The bed, the carpet, the bathroom, all dirty. Tub had mildew around it or mold. Cigarette ashes in the floor of a non smoking room. Hallways were dirty. Ceiling towels dirty and missing. The area was not safe. The population that was in the building was very sketchy. The name df the hotel does not fit. More like poor quality hotel. I could not sit in the building let alone sleep or stay.

The hotel was dirty as soon as you walked in. We reserved a room with two queen beds. The room they gave us only had two full size beds. They said that’s the only size they had other than a king. Then the fridge and tv didn’t work in our room. The smoke detector and fire alarm also didn’t work. We stayed the first night but the second night they had music playing so loud you could hear it on the sixth floor. At 10pm we gave up and moved to a nicer hotel. We will never stay at this hotel again and hope this review helps others to stay away!!!

Switched rooms immediately as the bathroom was not clean. Discovered later that they didn't finish the job in the replacement room either. The whole hotel floor had dirty floors with trash pieces everywhere. The floors in the room as well. Hair and garbage in the tub and a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower curtain. People smoking in the stairwells and the smell of smoke and weed everywhere. I'll stop there.

First of all when I went to check in 7:30pm they asked me to wait because my room wasn’t done which I don’t understand when check-in is normally 3 PM. Second of all I went to go use the bathroom in the toilet basically was moving. The white cull around it is coming apart. Fourth of all, there was a roach in the bathroom.

The hotel needs to make sure the rooms have the tv working and have a remote . The breakfeast is fine . Overall its a good comfortable hotel but the rooms should be ready for the guest before they go to the room . The pjone is often not working either most of the time .

No bathroom tissue upon arrival had to go to lobby to get toilet tissue; no working telephone in room. Hotel sign says it is non smoking but room reaped of cigarette smoke. Bathroom sink dirty and slow draining : wall painting broken and hanging! Worst Quality Inn that I’ve ever stayed?!

The hotel was descent for what it was. Continental breakfast was a little disappointing as it seemed like there wasn’t a lot to choose from and the fruit didn’t look clean. We were on the sixth floor and had a non-smoke room but the smell of cigarettes seemed to get into our room. The bed sheets didn’t look that clean as we saw some stains. Not to mention our mini fridge was broken and the tv kept cutting out.

Shuttle drivers a bit rude and condescending. I waited nearly a hour for the shuttle at the airport since nowhere did they say during booking that you’re expected to call for shuttle service. (Even then, it took over 20 mins before they showed up.) Then I was told different things about services to the airport. Their communication was horrible and they made it sound like it was my fault they screwed up.. Room was ok I guess but entire hallway looked like a tornado came thru and was never cleaned. It had strange white particles from wall to wall, but there was no evidence of work being done. Don’t know what they expect you to do with your towels but there were NO towel racks available. No wall switches for lighting in bedroom and only lamp switches (of the ones that worked) were hard to find -especially in the dark! Bed wasn’t even made properly. It had the sheet on top of the comforter. (Why???) Elevators were at opposite end of building from lobby - about a 250 ft distance in the huge building. The placed lived down to its two star rating.

Do not stay here. This hotel is dirty. Smells bad in all the rooms. First room we got wasn’t clean and had a bad odor to it. I asked to change it and I feel like if I didn’t have picture proof of the stains on the sheets and the dirt and nails in the carpet they wouldn’t have given me another. The second room was slightly cleaner but smelled like cigarettes. Carpet was also dirty. The halls were dirty and smelly. Should probably take this one out and not be recommended anymore.

Toilet didn’t work for 1 of the days we were there and didn’t get fixed until 9pm the second day. Ice machine didn’t work. Tv didn’t work and phone didn’t work

The room was dirty, the coffee machine wasnt useable because it was filthy. There was no ice in any floor available. It smelled like weed and im here pregnant having to smell that. Would appreciate to have some refund back. This is the worst hotel i ever went too. Even the hallway was nasty and garbage all over. Receptionist was unprofessional. He kept asking me where and what street i lived. He creeped me out.

8/10 ดีมาก

Tolle lobby, Zimmer war gut ausgestattet (obwohl ein Fernseher fehlte). Allerdings nicht so schlimm, da ich früh raus und Abends spät kam. Die Teppichböden in den Gängen würden sich bestimmt auf den ein oder anderem Staubsauger freuen. Einer der besseren Frühstücke als im Vergleich zu anderen.
