Baseboard heat n bedroom would not turn off- very hot in July! Carpet quite stained in kitchenette area and ceiling also stained and dirty- there must have been a water leak at some point. Non- smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke- staff friendly

The motel room was clean. We had a room with 2 twin beds. It was outdated, but very clean. No real amenities to speak of. Beds and a TV. No A/C and don’t expect them to call you if you leave a message asking if there is A/C because they do not respond and they don’t answer the phone. However, if you are just looking for a room to sleep in, you can’t beat the price, Beds aren’t great and no extra towels. It worked for what we needed. Probably won’t stay again though.

Their check-in was non existence at the building we were to stay at and there were NO Direction on the door to tell us were to go. We were there late 11pm and we were panicked. We got lucky and saw another person that was staying there and he told us we had to go to another building hidden behind the gas station. This is a sleep only room. No coffee pot, frig or micro. Room was clean and bed was ok and only one pillow per person.

The room was clean and the bed (an important feature) was OK, I wish I had known you have no coffee pots, microwave or refrigerator in the room. Coffee is my most important meal in the morning; I would have brought my own coffee pot.

The hot tub was closed. The room had nothing in besides a bed and shower. Does not come with a microwave or a mini fridge. The heat temperature didn’t work so they sent a mechanic in which they turned up really high. There was no way of refund or anything. Really disappointing.

Hotel is an older hotel. If you just need a bed, and a shower l, it will work fine. Strong smell of old cigarette smoke in the lobby and hallways. Air conditioning doesn’t work very well.

The room was clean But they need to put more than 1 garbage can in the room The air conditioner for the motel needs to be upgraded because the room is to warm. Or put air conditioner units in each room No ice machine in the motel Thanks

We didn’t even stay there. We walked into our room and it was so hot we were sweating. Broken AC that they never informed us about. We turned around, walked out and handed the keys back.

On a hot day, late check-in, no air conditioning, instead the baseboard heat was on. Turned the thermostat off but it stayed warm until morning. Very poorly lit premises and hallway/entrance and it stunk like musty smoke. Nothing on the website(s) indicated you have to go a half a block away to check in to get the key, and it would have been very difficult to find that place in the dark had we not randomly run into another guest. There was barely enough shampoo there to wash your hands, and no hot water early in the morning. Not a good way to welcome your guests! After reading other similar reviews one can see for the most part these things are not being addressed! Next time we pass this way we won’t stay here! What a dingy, creepy place!

Unfortunately, this is a smoking motel. The minute I opened the door the smell hit me. It has been years since I’ve seen an ashtray in a motel room. I have asthma and could not stay in that room. There was a huge race at the Brainerd international Raceway so there were no rooms within 50 miles. Instead of staying there, I chose to drive the 2 1/2 hours home.

Check-in was in a separate building, which was odd, but staff likely wouldn’t want to stay in this building with no A/C all day either. Also smelled like smoke in the hallways but at least not in the room. Tub faucet leaked and dripped all night, shower head was only usable on the highest “jet” setting. If you need a bed and a roof for a night, it’ll work. Don’t expect much more though.

Requested a room on the first floor --a handycap room and was offered the only room left that was on the second floor. Wheelchairs do not climb stairs. I want my money back.

I acquired bed bugs from my stay there. Its an older room with old sofa sleeper and either that or the bed was infested with bugs.. AC was insufficient as the old unit in the building freezes up and doesn't work well. The maintenance man was helpful in bringing me a box fan. The check in was a block away in a different building making it very inconvenient. I asked for a refund and wanted to move, but they denied the refund.
