I'm a silver member of Expedia, Since the hotel is VIP, we expected to get any special offer from the hotel. But there was nothing offered.
We booked 3 rooms for 3 night and requested for early check-in.
However, 1 room was ready on 2.00 pm., the other 2 rooms were finished at 3.00 pm.
On the last day, our flight was very early in the morning, we asked staff to call taxi for us and asked about distance that take time to the airport. Hotel staff informed that needed to take time about 1 Hr. 45 min. We re-asked again that, Do we need to take 1 Hr. 45 Min to go to the Airport?, staff still insisted that we need to take 1.45 Hr.
In fact, Taxi took us to the airport around 35-40 min. We were very very disappoint of front-desk staff.
Breakfast was not too bad, but nothing interesting. Room was OK toward design, cleanness, comfortable.
Overall hotel itself is OK, but problem is about hotel's staff, should be improved asap.
