We were there for 10 days and you could not flush toilet paper it had to be disposed of in a bin. We were provided with a very small bin and not extra bin liners. We contacted the apartment owners and were told we would get a mid stay clean and bin empty as a good will gesture. It’s not acceptable to have dirty toilet paper left that long. Although the aprartment had a kitchen there was no hot water to it as it was a kitchenette, this should have been stated beforehand. When we enquired about it we were told to use the bathroom sink. The bathroom sink is porcelain and very shallow, not somewhere you can wash dishes, no doubt if we had tried this and broken or chipped the sink then we would have been charged. The water wasn’t hot in the shower or bath, just tepid and the bath plug was broken so the water slowly leaked out anyway. The apartment is VERY NOISY, road noise, building works noise and television from upstairs noise.
