This hotel is a disgrace.
The water didn't work in the room. No shower, no toilet, no sink.
This was not the fault of the staff, who were kind and apologetic but totally incapable of solving the problem as they're not plumbers or construction workers.
This hotel should not be listed on expedia as it's not functioning.
There are no elevators, emergency exit lighting, fire extinguishers, or any other safety measures. The railings are loose and a person could easily fall off the balcony of the 4th floor. This place is a death trap right now.
This is a massive liability.
Do not book a room here. You will be very disappointed.
Numerous guests experienced the same problems - the water doesn't work. None of us were offered a refund or alternative lodging elsewhere. One woman with a very small child had traveled a very long distance - I felt bad for her.
Note to Expedia: Take this hotel off your website right now. This is a disgrace to your company.
