We are regulars as we stay when visiting family. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean and big enough for 2 people. Has a little seating area which is handy for when we bring some food back. The bathrooms are spotless, modern and in good condition as hotel is still quite new. We don't tend to have breakfast but it has all the usual cooked food and even a waffle maker. It's a shame parking isn't included but that's rare these days.

10/10 Exceptional

Excellent stay. The hotel feels very new, modern and comfortable, and everything was exceptionally clean and quiet. Breakfast was wonderful, and the gym was a real highlight — all-new equipment and even a Peloton bike. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout. Only two very minor suggestions: a larger or more prominent sign directing guests to the hotel entrance would help, as the existing one is easy to miss. Also, it wasn’t immediately obvious that reception/check-in is located at the bar. Other than those small points, an excellent hotel and a very comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel was amazing. The staff were great, we had to make a last minute booking due to another hotel being horrible and unsafe. We were greeted quickly and professionally here, looked after and the hotel itself was lovely and clean, tidy, quiet and over all great to stay at. I want to thank Chloe and Beverley directly who were working that evening. They were approachable, kind and we had a great chat! We will definitely be coming back here on our next trip! I highly recommend.

Great Stay in a lovely modern hotel with Payable parking on site and free breakfast. Staff were friendly and approachable, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was included in room rate and this was available for most of the morning and not just a short slot. There was plenty of choice even for dietary requirement’s. Room was clean and had everything needed for an overnight stay or an extended break. Modern room and the bed was so comfy, nice big tv to watch too plus tea/coffee making facilities and even a fridge. Location was perfect, able to walk to local shopping area, plenty of places to go and eat or grab a take away locally. Short distance from roads with access to the M6, M69, M42 & M1 within a few minutes. We stay in hotels every few weeks as a stopover when travelling further away and we will definitely stay here again 👏👏.
