When we arrived, we had to wait about (45 minutes) because the room door key was not working and the staff couldn’t get it open as well. We were waiting for it to be fixed and we wasted a lot of time. Also, the city tax indicated on the Hotels.com app is $3.50 per guest per night per person, instead we paid $6.30 per guest per person. Finally, we were given another room but we are disappointed by this experience. On top of that, there is no coffee machine in the room and no way to have coffee in the morning other than going outside. In all the hotels I have been to, I’ve never seen that.
