This was the cheapest place to stay inside of DC. It isn't a hotel, it's a motel that was once a Days Inn. The walls were super thin and there were definitely some sketchy residue and stains on a chair and the lamp, but everything that needed to be clean was clean. Clean towels, clean bed, clean sink, no trash. Good enough for a night or two. If anyone smoked outside, you could definitely smell it. Ear plugs are a must. The room has its own ac unit and it worked well. Parking was $10 and they had me put down an $100 deposit that was returned at check out. Dunkin and checkers right next door. Didn't see any bugs, checked the beds too. Not bad!
