This hotel was truly phenomenal! We got there late and were worried the restaurant would close but they were able to accommodate us and their orange juice was top notch in the morning. Would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to York!

Super location, close to city centre, local bus, only 21 min walk to York train station, you can also take the bus if you don’t want too walk. Location is also close to other attractions to see. Staff were helpful when asked and present. Breakfast was good, nothing out of the ordinary, available your typical English breakfast or you can choose other breakfast options.

Excellent location and quite new. The air condition was excellent and quiet. It is worth booking the enhanced room as it has a fridge and fast WIFI. The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was superb for the price. The bed was comfortable and did not hear any noise in our floor. Stay there!

Breakfast was very disappointing. There were no to-go coffee cups, no cheese, and very limited options. The kitchen also seemed understaffed, and the restaurant could not prepare takeout food unless it was ordered a day in advance. Our room was supposed to accommodate four people, but it was extremely small. We could barely open our luggage, and the space felt very cramped. I would not recommend this hotel for a family. On the positive side, it was quiet and conveniently located near the main tourist attractions.

Parking was not great, and no r expensive than advised. Note parking is by a 3rd party close to the hotel
