The shower was mouldy and filthy dirty The windows were filthy you could hardly see out of them The ledges had grime build up Other peoples belongings were left in the cupboards Carpet was discussing The only good thing I can say is the bed was comfortable but the pillows had blood stains on them !!! I had a huge apartment on 7th floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 ensuites, kitchen & Lounge. It was PERFECT although it was a freezing night, and the 1 split system heater struggled to keep the whole unit warm. Overall, VERY Pleased, will certainly use again!!

Getting in contact with property from overseas was extremely difficult when booking through Expedia. Facilities were not clean and very noisy rooms. Not comfortable at all. Do not recommend staying here. Very disappointed.

I was worried it would be noisy because of the location however it wasn't the cars that were noisy, it was the seagulls!! Dandenong isn't even near the beach but there were so many seagulls! The apartment was great, the walls could do with a paint as they are quite marked but that doesn't affect the location or the enjoyment of the property. Beds were comfy, the comfiest bed was the single bed my daughter was in! It was great being able to walk to the supermarket for a late night snack! It was only 16 minutes from family so we'll definitely stay again. Staff were awesome!

This hotel if you can call it that operates from 9am -5pm as if it were a bank! There is nobody ever at fromt desk so when checking in at 3pm you're standing in front of the glass door and trying to figure out how to get in! I got in as another guest left and stood at front desk for good ten minutes until someone turned up. Thr room itself appeared clean until i stepped into bathroom. The basin was dirty with toothpaste , toilet had marks on it and exhaust fan filthy.

Reception is never manned, you have to phone and someone will come down in the lift. My room was clean on arrival but bin was not emptied and had condom wrappers on it. Cleaners ignore do not disturb sign and come into your room anyway

WOTIF- false advertisement. The building pictures are that different I drove around looking for the apartment. The cigarette odour was disgusting, all through the building. There were cigarette butts and filth on all balconies. The plastic dining chairs had dirty fingerprints all over. I've had to wipe over everything in the apartment before you felt comfortable. The only positives were, the linen was clean and front desk service was friendly.
