Great for family. My kinds enjoyed a lot. Hotel stuffs are very kind and friendly. Many kinds of pools. The restaurant for breakfast was too crowded. So many Korean sign and signboards. Not feel local Asian resort for other country people.

I just arrived at 13:30. I asked to check in and it was very humid and hot, but I could get in after waiting for more than 2 hours. What's more incomprehensible is that even when I went to the front desk at 3 o'clock, the room was not cleaned, staff didn't answer exactly when I could enter the room.. Also, during check-in, There is no excuse for the customer even though the check-in process is delayed. the front desk staff don't focus on the service and they just answer the phone or continue to chat with colleagues around them.. I don't know how many stars it is, but customer service is really terrible.

워터파크는 매우좋아요..그러나 룸이..

침대에서 소변냄새도 나고 축축했어요 오자마자 피곤해서 잠들었는데 자다가 소변냄새때문에 깻어요 ㅠ 아이들이 많이가서 그런건 이해하지만 좀 신경써주셨음 좋겠네요

This is a good place for families. Check in was a little long. We checked in early but unfortunately our room was not yet ready. We were able to make use of the pools. The grouds were nice and clean. There was a big main pool, lazy river, lids play area, and beach. Due to the weather we were unable to into the ocean water.

세부 막탄은 제이파크!!

호텔 직원들도 매우 친절하고 리조트 바로앞이 바다여서 개인 스노클링 장비 챙겨서 가면 좋아요!! 워터파크 잘되어있고, 인피니티 풀도 잘되어있어서 좋아요!! 조식도 맛있고 전체적으로 좋았습니다. 다음에도 제이파크 묶을 예정입니다!!

マクタン島ではいつもこのホテルにお世話になっています。大好きなホテルです。ホテル概要にあるように、3種類の大きなプール、スライダー、ビーチが魅力的です。それぞれに遊べる工夫もたくさんされてます。曜日・時間帯によってショーやエクササイズなどのレクリエーションもあります。ホテルは広々としていて、ひとつの町のようです。ただ歩くだけでも、景色や植栽も素晴らしく、ところどころにフォトスポットがあったりして、朝昼夜、いつどこを撮っても絵になります。スタッフの印象もとても素晴らしく、いつも快適に過ごさせてもらってます。ホテル業務は激務だと思いますが、本当に親切でプロ意識が素晴らしいです。ホテル内のレストランも、どこもとてもおいしいです。今回は中華料理レストランがリノベーションのため閉店していました。ただ、お料理１つのボリュームが驚くほど多いので（私たちにとって、か、日本人の感覚的に）、人数−1くらいのイメージでオーダーするのをおすすめします。設備やお部屋に、少し古さが見える部分もありますが、行くたびに少しずつ変わっているので、稼働しながらリノベーションされているのだろうなと感心しています。ホテルの周りにスーパーやレストラン、スパなどが集まっているので、外での買い物もしやすいですし（ローカルの客引きはかわしつつ。笑）、交通量も多く、タクシーやトライシクルもいつも客待ちしてますので、利用も簡単です。韓国からのお客様が大多数で、あれ？韓国に来たのかな？と思っちゃう時もありますが、韓国語であいさつできたり、そのパワフルさに感嘆したり、とても良い経験ができます。ぜひ一度利用してみて下さい。

The whole resort is a setup to rip off money from mainly Korean charter tourists. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here. The water park for kids is quite ok for a day or two. The Pororo playground in the hotel is small compared to a regular playground in a mall but cost ten times more. Wow totally crazy. And to finalize the rip off they can’t arrange a regular taxi to the airport. You are supposed to take the hotel taxi also ten times more expensive than a regular taxi.

Mangler senge til familier!

Vi var en familie på 4 men værelset havde kun to normale enkeltmands senge og hotellet ville kun tilbyde en lille ekstra seng så vi endte med at sove forfærdeligt, da vi var to voksne der skulle sove i en enkeltmands seng. Personalet i restauranterne var meget søde og lækker mad. Vandland var fint

「５つ星のリゾートホテル！」と前評判がありましたが、絶対にそんなことないです。正直いって、予約サイトで表示されている評価が正しいのかすら怪しんでいます。ひょっとすると「過去の評価の積み重ね」で高評価が維持されているようですが、さすがに経年劣化が進んでいるホテルかと思います。これから検討している方は、再考をお勧めします。そのように思った理由は以下の通りです。 ①お風呂のシャワーのホースが劣化しており、重力に負けてホースがＬ字に折れ曲がってしまっています。そのため、お湯の勢いが５分の１になっていました。ホースをまっすぐにしてみるとお湯の勢いは復活しましたが、ホースをまっすぐに維持しながらシャワーを浴びるためには、発想力とテクニックを必要とします。 ②ドライヤーの電源が一部断線していました。髪を乾かそうと上に持ち上げると電源が切れます。イライラもします。 ③洗面所にあるコップは、プラスチック製です。ガラス製ではありません。プールがあるリゾートなので、宣伝の訴求効果を求めている対象が「子連れ対象」でしょうから、お子さんが落として割ってしまう危険性を考慮してプラスチック製になっているのかもしれませんが、定期的な交換はされていないようです。コップの本体部分が「３０年前の中古車のヘッドライト」みたいな感じで白く濁っており、とても汚く見えました。あのコップを使って水を口に含むことはしたくありませんね。 ④トレイが流れません。１回の洗浄では、ちょっとしたトイレットペーパーであっても流れません。朝などの利用人数が多そうな時間帯にもよるでしょうが。タンクに水がたまったころを見越して、１分くらい押し続けると流れるときがあります。いろんな「モノ」が流れないので、それを心配に眺めながら水が溜まるのを待ち、「頼む！流れてくれ！」と思いながらＦｌａｓｈボタンを長押しすることになります。 ⑤一部の電源には電流が流れていません。モバイルバッテリーを充電しようと思いましたが、電気が通っていないコンセントがあります。コンセントの真上のUSBには通電していましたので、おそらく接触不良ですね。 ⑥ルームサービスが壊滅的です。ピザとビールをルームサービスで注文した際に「ドリンクは先にお願い」と伝えましたが、２回ほど催促してやっと持ってきたのはドリンクのみ。３０分間待ってドリンク先行です。その他にもバスタオルの追加も依頼しましたが、それは最終的には来ませんでした。遅くなるのは分かりますが、来ないってなんやねん。完全なる人手不足ですね。近所には新しいホテルが次々と開業しているので、優秀な人はそっちに引き抜かれたのではないでしょうか。 ⑦ホテルスタッフの案内が怪しい。ホテルにはプール区画が３カ所あるみたいですが、肝心な大きなプールを紹介してもらえませんでした。中くらいなプールのあたりにいたスタッフに「他にもプールありますよね？」と聞いたら、いちばん小さなプールを紹介されました。肝心なプールには行けず仕舞いです。 ⑧カジノはルールがどんどん厳しくなっています。カジノ利用者は少なそうなので省略します。ＢＪが好きな私は、１０年前はここのカジノでかなり楽しめましたが、今回で「なんでこんなに改悪してんの。次はやめよう」と思いました。プール併設のホテルなので家族連れのリゾートホテルなのかもしれませんが、セブにはプールだけの施設である「ウォーターワールド」があるので、「そこそこなホテル」に泊まって、プールはその施設の方が安上がりになるかと思います。

おそらく品質の劣化が進行中

Hotelsの「宿泊先への連絡」の機能を使って連絡をしましたが、3日間たっても返答はありませんでした。結局、到着日の当日に日本から国際電話で電話して会話をしなければならないという始末。無駄に費用をかけてしまいました。施設の劣化も激しく、洗面所のコップ（プラスチック製なのにはびっくりしましたが）が加水分解で白濁していたり、朝8時くらいにはお湯が出にくい状態です。リゾートホテルをうたっているだけあって、部屋が少しだけ広めなのだけを評価して★２にしました。
