Var ett bra hotell! Lite gammalt..dock under renovation. Mycket trevlig personl på frukosten, Shaban var sjukt trevlig. Bra personal i receptionen.

Not great for family
Wouldn't stay here again with family. Despite a large space, there were not manual locks to secure the door. Also, fruit cup at breakfast had visibly moldy pineapple pieces.

Não recomendo o The View para ninguém!
Um apartamento muito grande com 2 camas duplas, smart TV, lençóis de boa qualidade, sala grande com sofá 2 lugares e 2 poltronas, cozinha com geladeira duplex e microondas, walking closet, banheiro amplo, com chuveiro forte e bancada com armário, carpetes e pintura novos nas partes coletivas. Estas qualidades denotariam um bom hotel para estadias longas, mas o The View é exatamente o contrário. O mobiliário é muito velho, mal conservado e desgastado. O sofá manchado e velho, as 2 poltronas, a mesa de centro e a cômoda parecem da década de 60. As TVs da sala e do quarto são modernas, mas não há utensílios de cozinha, o banheiro é velho, mas limpo, mas achamos um longo fio de cabelo numa toalha limpa...., algumas toalhas estavam furadas, mas outras boas, a limpeza do quarto é precária, andar descalço foi sinônimo de pé sujo, há muito barulho corredor (até tampões de ouvido fazem parte do kit de banheiro), há barulho também do posto de saúde vizinho, as persianas não funcionavam corretamente, a recente reforma se limitou à uma mão de tinta e carpetes novos. O café da manhã é simples, solicitado e servido à mesa, num salão enorme, é comum a falta de itens, e há poucas opções, são 3 sucos, café, ovo/omelete, bacon/salsicha, torrada, saladinha de frutas. A equipe do café da manhã é simpática e esforçada, mitigando as deficiências. O estacionamento é grande e ermo. As camas duplas são estreitas, 5 cm menores que uma cama de casal (133 cm), o rodapé está soltando. Não recomendo!

Only as a last resport
The reviews when i booked looked good, but man was i fooled. The front desk people were extremely friendly. But this stay was so umcomfortable. Terrible rooms. Air conditioner doesn't cool enough. Shower doesn't drain. Closet Light doesn't work. Renovations that have been done are terrible, worst workmanship ive ever seen. Shower is cheap, bathroom uncomfortable, bad water pressure, sink is gross. Coffee in the lobby cold by 10 am. Elevators old and glitchy. Hallways dirty carpet. Ghetto ice makers only on the 5th floor. My husband wanted to leave after the first night he was so mad about the condition. This plafe needs closed down.

Good value
The employees were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good too. Nice large room. Did not like that a duvet is on the bed uncovered. A/C is noisy but worked well otherwise. Appreciated the ample parking as well.

Pleasant Surprise !!!
Very good Stay. Hallways not so clean. Room old but clean and neat an easy overlook as staff super helpful. Breakfast was GREAT and the host Shaban was extraordinary !!!!!

Sad excuse for a hotel
Area is a good location but was extremely loud because of how dated and old the building is. Windows held no noise out so sleep was horrible, the room had old blinds that didn’t shut all the way so constant street lights were coming in the room. A/C so loud did not help with sleep either. Bathroom was so bad it had the toilet paper holder broken off, the bathroom counter separating so not a flat surface when I used it, pillows were so old and worn and gross. Overall each floor had a smell to them right when you stepped off the elevators of food and cooked items. We will not be staying here ever again and did not get a good nights rest or enjoy anything about our stay.

Spacious room
Comfortable bed. Large walkin shower. Room was spacious. Breakfast was good. Cleanliness was marginal, sticky mess on 2 surfaces. Road noise was a problem, and I was on the side opposite the turnpike. Wifi was decent. The staff was great.

Better than WDW value resorts!
Amazing stay! Easy check in. Front desk staff is top notch. Safe parking areas with security cameras. Wonderful lounge area to chill and chat. The room!!! Cozy bed with comfy pillows, sheets and bedspread! AC dropped down to a chilling 68°, I have hot flashes. Requested an extra pillow and two were delivered within minutes. Bathroom incl a black makeup washcloth, make-up remover, earplugs, soap, hair dryer, shampoo, and body wash. Dorm fridge, microwave and coffee maker (pods not k cup). LARGE closet with ironing board and iron. Room was on the interstate side but we didn't hear any traffic noise. Quiet room #727 at the end of the hall. Made to order breakfast was good, but not great. Juices were cold and great tasting. Omelet options like ham, cheese, mushrooms, bacon, spinach, tomatoes peppers, etc would have made a big difference. Toast was a bit well done for one of us. Hubby said coffee wasn't good enough for a second cup. But a good deal as it was included in our stay. Plenty of comfy outdoor seating to hang out with our friends and family! Even better stay than some Disney value resorts!!! Can't wait to see this place after the refurbishments are completed!

You pay for what you get
I know they are in the middle of a transformation, but they should have spent a little more time in the rooms. We had missing blinds, and they were replaced quickly. The bed wasn't very comfortable and made noise every little movement.
