Patricia was very nice. The room was nice and clean and the breakfast great. It is in the outskirts of Cancun and very quiet and bad roads to drive. For us it was a perfect stay close to the airport.

It was difficult to find because it was on a dirt road and not a lot of signage. However once we found the place it was delightful! Very clean and comfortable beds. Bathroom was outstanding. Parking easy. Breakfast in the morning was toast and jam and a plate of delightful fresh fruit. I would absolutely stay there again

Perfect one-night stay

This was the perfect one-night stay before we left for the airport. Patricia was an excellent host and communicator. She messaged to provide the specific address and confirm our time of arrival. She arranged for us to order food when we arrived in the evening, booked a taxi for us in the morning and even improvised an ice bucket for the drinks we'd bought! The room was fine for a one-night stay, a light yet tasty breakfast was provided and it's only a 10-min drive to the airport. I'd definitely stay here again thanks to the warm welcoming and homely feel Patricia provides.

Patricia was an excellent host for our family of seven.. We had two rooms and she and her family took very good care of us.. it felt a little like staying with friends. The rooms were clean and comfortable and decent size, the kitchen and sitting area is shared and pleasant. The road getting there was in medium rough shape just so you're aware but that can't be helped. Any car can do it. There really isn't much retail or visitor amenities nearby so not much traffic down the road so it's a bit if a retreat in that way. She helped us figure out dinner and transport back to the airport. If you need a quiet rest out of the busy areas their villa rooms are a solid option.

Not a nice place to stay. Not sold as advertised and the bathroom stunk of insect killer. Reviews made it sound wonderful but stay away! Have been charged way above what I should have and the breakfast offered was dreadful.

Va bene per una notte

Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Carlotta per una notte e l’esperienza nel complesso è stata discreta, ma con diversi aspetti migliorabili. La struttura era pulita. Purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato alcuni problemi che hanno reso il soggiorno poco confortevole: la porta della stanza è in vetro e non coperta da tenda, quindi di notte entrava molta luce dai lampioni in cortile. Il punto più critico è stato il pagamento: non ci era stato comunicato chiaramente che non fosse possibile pagare con carta di credito. Questo ha creato notevoli disagi, soprattutto perché l’host ci ha richiesto il pagamento in contanti solo la sera, quando ormai avevamo già restituito l’auto ed era complicato prelevare. Sarebbe bastata una comunicazione più tempestiva all’arrivo per evitare il problema. In definitiva, Villa Carlotta può andar bene solo per una notte, per la vicinanza (in auto) all’aeroporto di Cancun, utile se si deve partire presto e non si cerca particolare comfort. Non la consiglierei però per soggiorni più lunghi.
