The lady who assisted our check-in (the owner I presume) went above and beyond helpful when the tap to pay machine was malfunctioning. She tried for 20 solid minutes, was understanding about us not having cash

Very awful experience. The way the reception treated me was disrespectful and unprofessional. The room was dirty and poorly maintained. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

1. Poor customer service rude unprofessional and racist.
2. Requires a cash deposit supposedly outside of paying online.
3. Dirty, smelly, steaming hot room. takes over 2hrs for the room to get decent to sit in.
4. No fitted sheets on the bed barely coverage for mattress and the sheets had crumbs and stains. Wouldn’t was a dog in that tub .
A horrible experience and room all together took the lost and left getting my full security deposit back.
