Great from start to finish. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I would note that this listing does say it includes airport transfer and it isn’t until you open up and scroll to the details that you see it’s a paid transfer. The pool facilities are great. The restaurant on site has quality food. It’s about a 20 min walk to the city centre.

This hotel was amazing! Nice quiet area of Sorrento with a fantastic pool! Rooms were very clean and modern. Breakfast had lots of options. Beds were very comfortable and a/c worked great! Train station is about a 20 min easy walk away.

This hotel is a delight. Attention to every detail. You can tell it is family owned and operated. They take great care in every small task. Breakfast was awesome daily. The pool is perfect. The bar, lunch and dinner were also great. The room was incredibly comfortable and the property is so cute.

Nice hotel

Great location, about a 10 min walk into downtown. Much quieter than staying downtown. Mostly friendly staff, but really depended on who was on shift. You do have to pay a fee when you check out that I wish they just included in the price. Room was simple, but comfy. Breakfast was very simple and I wish they added a few more items. In May, the pool was freezing. Very hard to get to Positano from here, so if you plan to go there multiple times, I would recommend staying there.

We are just back from staying at hotel Florida we had an amazing stay rooms modern and clean pool lovely breakfast great but most of all the staff were amazing all very attentive and all very hard working! Would definitely recommend staying we actually bought a small gift to show our appreciation on how hard everyone works.

Super noisy stayed three nights didn’t sleep two of them our room BT the front desk everyone someone came in to. Heck in or the phone rang woke us up and the people about of were loud i complained and nothing changed staff didn’t care taxi was very expensive to get where you needed to get to walk to places.

The place looks clean at first glance but itsnt. When they clean the room they do a minimum job because the water bottle that was on the floor the night before was still there when they cleaned. Also its not as nice as they make it in the pictures to me it was like being at my grandmas place if she had a pool. Theres no elevator so if your bags are heavy and you’re not up for holding them, don’t stay here. Staff was nice and helpful, pool was nice but that was all. I liked the shower. Its also 20 min walk from the main square.

On the pictures on the property on Expedia the property looks lovely and modern, the only area that actually is true to this is the pool area which is really lovely however, even this area some staff played football by the pool and pool bar - hardly a relaxing environment to take in the beauty of Italy when you have to dodge a football coming your way on a sun lounger, very unprofessional. The rooms are far from what are pictured, the balcony in the room was ant infested and the furniture all rusty - I barely wanted to hang wet swimsuits on there to dry let alone sit there. The walls are so thin you can hear everything, we were ‘blessed’ to have room neighbours who woke very early every day and we could even see the light shining through the interconnecting door. The breakfast was probably one of the worst breakfasts we’ve ever had at a hotel, selection and quality of food very poor. Staff are very friendly and really helpful with booking things for you but, overall a disappointing stay - would not return.

It’s just OK

To begin with - your experience might be different than ours. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Sorrento - we used it as a central point for day trips to Capri (amazing) and Positano. The hotel was fairly clean - except one day a service person had to fix our AC and left a mess throughout our room and bathroom. Our experience with the staff was unique - as we had great experiences with other hospitality staff elsewhere in Sorrento. Hotel Florida staff didn’t seem very attuned to guest needs - no proactivity to make sure your stay was great. Odd thing - seemed to be a lot of locals visiting staff and received better service than guests. Was even told to get my own cappuccino at breakfast while the man working the bar passed by me to chat with others and make them cappuccino - odd. It seemed like the staff was inconvenienced by guests at times. The whole experience was just OK - I don’t want to trash the staff entirely. There is a young man serving in the restaurant who was excellent and thoughtful. Worked super hard. Room was clean and had all that we needed - wifi worked all but one day. To be clear - it’s good place if you need a clean room and do not expect a great guest experience - it will be adequate

Great location 10 mins walk from the main square - we had a great stay. Would have loved a kettle in room - only thing missing for us. Ate in restaurant on first night and food was good. Beautiful clean room, spacious and modern. All in all great stay.
