La chambre était spacieuse, nous avions plusieurs lits! Literie confortable. Par contre, une partie de cette chambre n’était pas fermée, donc le bruit de la réception et la fraîcheur de la nuit étaient un petit irritant. La nuit, il faisait froid dans les chambres! Un excellent déjeuner est inclus, et servi sur une terrasse directement avec vue sur le lac, un gros wow! Les employés étaient très gentils et serviables.

Hôtel au top, je recommande fortement. Emplacement en première ligne sur le lac, dans un coin calme et à 5min à pied de l'embarcadère de San Juan. Personnel d'une gentillesse incroyable. Petit déjeuner avec des produits frais d'excellente qualité. Chambre et salle de bains propres, avec eau chaude.

Beliggenheden er super skøn helt ned til søen med egen bro. Personalet er meget venligt og hjælpsomt. Vær opmærksom på, at mange værelser ikke har bad og toilet og at det fælles toilet ligger i haven.

Outstanding stay!

Highly recommend this hotel. It is right on the water a little on the outskirts, but easy walk to boat taxis and the town. The hotel was clean and the staff was excellent. The room was awesome, I was in #8 which is at the very top with a great view of the lake. They have kayaks to use which I did early one morning to catch a sunrise. Breakfast was handmade every morning and was delicious - no menu, they just brought me a plate with coffee. They hosted a birthday party one evening which was a bit loud, but it was cool to experience a local fiesta.

Stunning view

The view and entire ambience was so beautiful, staff were kind and welcoming. The rooms are very basic but clean and comfortable but the view of lake Atitlan from my room was divine! That made up for the room being basic .

Just a bit pricey, but worth to try booking directly with the property. The property is quiet, relaxing and the included breakfast was so good!!!

More than 5 stars if I could

This hotel was wonderful. The staff were so welcoming, breakfast was tasty. It was quiet and relaxing. A 7 minute walk to the main area / where you get off the boat and about a 3 minute walk to the closest restaurant. They have a boardwalk right into the lake which is nice for an evening drink. The room was clean and well stocked with a great view of the lake. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

The staff was very, very accommodating. The rooms are clean and quiet. The private beach is lovely, and there is a free use of a kayak if that is what you are into. Breakfast was delicious. It was so nice to sit and have coffee and breakfast on fhe water. I would highly rexommemd for fhe price

I book properties based upon reviews and factors such as parking, breakfast, hotel etc. This should be listed as a hostel. All roads directly to the hostel were closed due to work by the municipality. This is ongoing improvement work on multiple streets. I was not given notification. After driving for 3 hours to arrive and find out you can’t get to the hotel is not a great feeling. Then to be told it’s only a 2 minute walk from a gas station. Also to park at a gas station and tell the attendant we’re leaving the car. The walk was only partially paved and down a steep slope. Not fun with luggage. Then through a dirt path with lighting with aggressive dogs. Don’t let the pictures fool you of the quality of the rooms. Stepping into the tub to shower was horrible as it felt like I was going to break through to the floor below. There was a ceiling fan in the room but you couldn’t put it on to sleep because it only worked with its light on. The dogs started barking at 4am and NEVER stopped. The trucks on the main road used their engine brakes starting at 4:30. Also their air horns. We were given a choice of 3 times for breakfast. We chose the latest which was 8:30. At 8:22 the hotels administration was on the phone looking for the employees that worked in the kitchen. This is my second time to Lake Atitilan. DON’T GO. The Internet is lying to you. Stay in Antigua or Guatemala City. The lake area is dirty and there is garbage everywhere.

I had a lovely stay here. As a single women traveling alone I felt very safe at this location. It was close enough to walk into the city for meals, shopping, and exploring. The boat dock is also within walking distance if you want to explore other towns. I was served coffee and breakfast every morning on the dock which was delicious. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Some of them even spoke english which I found uncommon around the lake. Highly recommend staying in one of the two private rooms with lake view and private bathroom and shower. The shower has hot water which is also uncommon around the lake. 10/10 all around.

Nice place

This hotel is right by the water and have a private beach. It is 10 or 15 minutes walk from the city could be a little bit difficult walk at night.

They were very accommodating and upgraded our room and had the tiniest most adorable kitten on site that became our best friend! Very well priced and will be back with friends in the future .
