A little patch of serenity just a twenty minute walk from the bustle of Ubud city centre. Lovely rooms, comfy beds, impeccably clean. And the staff are just divine - nothing is too much trouble.

Amazing place, even more amazing staff

As my title states, this place was truly amazing! Accommodations were great, delicious breakfast, restaurants nearby, and close to Ubud center. All this aside, what stood out was the incredible staff. I arranged a surprise floating breakfast and honeymoon room decoration for my wife- they went above and beyond to ensure this was done perfectly. They were always smiling and always extremely helpful in case we needed anything- by far the best/nicest staff we’ve encountered at any hotel :)

Amazing stay at Hava Ubud. I loved every minute of it. I stayed in the pool suite and it was beautiful, spacious and so relaxing. I was unwell during the stay and could not think of a better place to recover. The breakfast was great and the service consistently amazing.

Hava Ubud is a great hotel and the staff are incredibly friendly and there to assist you with all matters. In particular, Arie, was always there to help us, great us, and make sure we were all good. The hotel is nearby restaurants and so I would say it’s best to eat outside as the breakfast and food at the hotel isn’t the best. The pool is lovely and relaxing when there aren’t kids running around and throwing stones. This would be the perfect hotel if it was adults only - it was hard to relax at times.

Beautiful location and room, 5 star service

Wonderful, high end hotel, 20 minute walk from central Ubud. Away for hustle and bustle. Reception and staff could not be more welcoming and attentive. Room was perfect, couldn’t fault. Afternoon tea and cake was a bonus. Only slight thing I’d like to improve was breakfast, wasn’t the best and there were flies. There’s also limited sunbeds around the gorgeous pool, but I guess in Ubud you don’t sit around the pool! Would stay again.

The staff are so friendly. Every member of staff welcomes you every time they meet you. The setting is great. There are lots of restaurants/ bars nearby and you can walk in to ubud from the hotel, however the traffic is manic so either use the hotel shuttle (which runs 4 times a day) or get a taxi if you don’t feel comfortable. If we are back in ubud again, I would not have any hesitation returning here 🙏👍😁.
