A lovely, good value place with great amount of room for a family and single beds for the kids. Breakfast was great. Small details like bleaching around the bath and flannels would make it even better!

Ive past this place for years and wondered what it was. Eventually had the opportunity to stay and we were pleasantly surprised. Its a lot bigger than we expected. Basically clean but there was black mold in the bathroom. The back of the bathroom door was grubby. The table in the bedroom hadn't been dusted with dust and hair left on it. The bed was comfortable with good quality bed linen. The service was very good with friendly and helpful staff. Nice location. Would benefit from an update in the bathroom and bar/restaurant area. Overall we had a good stay.

Just perfect!
The staff were welcoming and attentive. The room was beautiful, cool, clean and very large. The view from the garden was breathtakingly beautiful. The whole stay was so peaceful. The onsite restaurant was sourced with high quality, local produce which was lovingly crafted. The breakfast was out of this world. I can not fault our stay.

The best location! The cottages were exceptional! We loved the rooms, the beds. Everything was just as described. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our family of 5 fit perfectly in the 2 bedroom plus living room. The grounds were beautiful with the view of the castle at the end of the property.
