I recently sent a message Twice through this portal and no one has responded to me. This is what I sent about 5 days ago:
Thank you for your hospitality at Cloud Hotels. I appreciate the cleanliness and comfort of the space, particularly the cool temperature and comfortable bed.
However, I do have some concerns regarding the accuracy of the amenities listed on the website. The listing for the single bedroom shows a small desk and a TV, but neither is present in the room. Additionally, there are no towel racks or place to hang clothes or towels, and the bathroom does not have a door. While there is a coffee pot provided, there is no coffee, which is typically expected based on similar accommodations, nor was I informed to bring nespresso pods
The stopper in the bathroom sink had to be removed to allow the water to drain down too.
I can provide photo evidence to illustrate the discrepancies between what was advertised and what is available. Given this, I would like to inquire whether a partial reimbursement could be considered to reflect these differences.
I do think it was very clean and attractive when I arrived.
