Our sheets had stains, we couldn’t use the blanket as it was grimy to the touch and sticky, it was not well kept at all. The sweet lady that worked the front desk overnight was very nice.

The absolute worst experience for a hotel ever

Due to unforeseen issues, did not stay here. Even though the room was paid for in full. Was not reimbursed any charges due to front desk said that was not a policy. Paid over $300 due to a policy they have. Worse hotel experience of my life!
