Great hotel easily accessible to all major tourist
Super clean, updated hotel. Room was comfortably sized and well planned to make use of all available space. Nicely decorated. The bathroom was especially nice. Obviously updated. Great hair dryer. Shelf available in the shower for personal toiletries. Nice products provided by the hotel. Surprisingly quiet despite being along the trolley track. Really liked the newly carpeted hallways that really muffled sound.

Eurostars Lisboa Baixa was lovely. Our room was very nice. It appears to be a recently updated or possibly brand new. Or, very well kept. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. They greet you with infused water, Portuguese pastry, champagne and fruit at the front desk! It's all there and available as you come and go. How nice! They were helpful with arranging tours and making dining reservations. I would recommend it and would stay there again!

The team there was very friendly and very helpful all the time. They helped with arranging the room the way we wanted it. They also helped arrange private tour for us. Breakfast was ok. The room was a little small for my liking. It was conveniently located to every thing, if you have a car it might be a problem no parking anywhere. Overall I will recommend it to my friends.
