10/10 Exceptional

One of the greater of the cheaper London hotels. Check in was easy, as was the check out. Breakfast was quite good, given that it was included in the price. I can recommend Seymour Hotel, and I will gladly book it again.

Clean, Comfortable, No frills, great value for the money.
Tamera, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Central but quiet location. Dated, but clean room, bigger than a shoebox, decent shower and good beds. It is amazing that at this price level, they still felt committed to feeding people in the morning! Breakfast is basic - cereal, toast, cheese, ham and youghurt, tea or coffe, but at this price, in central London, it' rare. Perfectly functional and would stay there again. it is great.

Different Hotel

A little strange, book in at reception then have to walk out and go to front ofbuildings in through a front door up 3 flights of stairs that got narrower as you went upEverything brand new in room & bathroom , it was small but we only there 1 night nice remote control fan on wall, we needed it on all night, in morning back out front door round corner to basement room for breakfast I would book again but ask for a ground or first floor room 😂

Good clean, no nonsense hotel.

Good place to stay when visiting London. 5 minutes walk from paddington train station. No thrills or whistles, just good clean basic hotel with standard room facilities.
Nick, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

So close to hyde park so definitely use again, bath room was comical as a caravan style, only down side we couldn't have breakfast as only a handful of tables in the basement

2/10 Poor

Bad experience

At first sight it does look terrible not attractive at all the receptionist was very kind and helpful but the room was so dirty the carpet so full with hair from previous occupants room has not been done during our stay so the shower room it needs updating
Zahir, 2-night trip

Happy customer

Room smelt a bit musty, but other than that very happy with cleanliness & staff. For the price with breakfast included, very happy. Would recommend.

6/10 Good

very close to Paddington station with direct train to Heathrow, room basic, lots of dining options close by. no lift and you have to carry bags up stairs to accommodation rooms
michael, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Check in was a bit confusing as the hotel is not attached to the same building, I had to go to a side building. It was a bit expensive, the building I stayed had no left so if you’re staying with children, it may be a bit difficult as my floor was on the second floor and very narrow stairs. The room had weird smell, so I had to use my perfume. The room has very basic decor as leading to my room the corridor just think of cigarettes. Apart from that, it was fine.
Surma, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at

Overpriced dirty Hotel

Room was filthy shower curtain was mouldy hair in the sink carpet full of stains and the bedding had a foul odour as well as the towels definitely would not be stopping here again

Not in the UK actual hotel booked, whole room stank of smoke.

Nobody at reception at check-out time around 10 o'clock.
Rolf, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

Wont be staying there again

Very dated rooms. Shower/toilet has been lifted from a submarine. Was expecting alot more for the price when it is further out from the central part of london. A premier Inn is like a 5 star compared to this.
Dean, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

This is a terrible hotel. When it rained over night, water was coming through the extractor fan in the bathroom. When I reported this the person on reception said yes it does that when it rains. Avoid at all costs!
John, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Worst hotel I have ever been with bugs in the room and the staff is worst behaviour as they don’t understand basic English when asked for refund they refuse I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone

Nice location

Positive: The location is great. The hotel is very central and close to many attractions. The breakfast buffet was not bad either. The staff was friendly and helpful. Negative: The stairs are so narrow and it could be very challenging for a child or an older person. No elevator. The bathroom is very tiny and resembles aeroplanes toilets. Noise from the street, especially the ambulances that regularly drive towards the nearby hospital could be very disturbing during the night.
