Booking because they offer parking lot. They didn’t. More over they wanted to charge for. When a friend came to visit me they did not have my registration and denied me.

The linen was stained and dirty, the towels were old and worn and yellowed. The mattresses were very old and dirty. I had to fight to get a decent room. It seems that there are some hotels that do not honor online reservations and through Expedia they give you the ugliest rooms they have. It makes me think that it is not a very good idea to continue using Expedia to book a room.

Literally the walls are fiber thin.. you could hear not just every conversation every Creek every crack from the person who sang next to you, but you could hear the people above you. You could hear the conversations three rooms down…. Talk about a lack of sleep.

El hotel cuenta con una buena ubicación y acceso. Camas cómodas y agua caliente. Habitaciones sencillas para el precio justo. Lamentablemente varias partes del hotel estaban muy descuidadas o dañadas, como por ejemplo el elevador y el patio. Además en general todo el hotel tenía un olor muy desagradable y la habitación también.

No está bien que cobren el estacionamiento, aparte, pues pienso que el costo de la habitación cubre esta parte. El elevador en pésimas condiciones tuvimos que subir las escaleras con maletas, porque el elevador se podía quedar atorado, ese es un riesgo muy grande para los que no hospedamos, no puede ser posible. El ruido de las otras habitaciones es exagerado, y desde muy temprano parece como un Mercado.

La atención del personal es pésima, nos trataron de mala gana, incluso para mencionar sobre el costo extra por el estacionamiento cuando tienen espacio suficiente y no es claro en la descripción. Ya en la habitación, el agua de la regadera llegó hasta la cama porq además el espacio es súper pequeño, definitivamente no regreso, deberian mejorar la educación del personal
