Maybe the worst hotel experience i've ever had. Where to start? First of all, I stopped into the hotel at eleven thirty a m to ask if they had one availability. They said yes, but I would have to book online. I asked if they had airport shuttle, and they said, yes. I asked if the water parked passes.Were included in the prize, they said yes. I asked if there were any secret or additional charges I would incur, and they said no. I asked if there was any way. We could check-in early and the front desk. Lady was beyond unhelpfulShe could.I have cared less if I had interest in staying there. I asked what time normal check in was and she said she had no idea. So there was no chance I was getting and early check in even if a room was available, which was very frustrating. I ended up booking a room online anyway.
We checked in about 7 PM. It brought the kids down to the water park. The water park was beyond disgusting. First of all there were no towels. The pool had a whole bunch of disgusting stuff floating in it, and the water.It was so cloudy, you couldn't see anything. There was hair and trash floating everywhere and the bathrooms It looked like they hadn't ever been cleaned.It smelled so bad. I called for an airport shuttle when I went to bed and they told me they did not have airport shuttles, so I head to uber to the airport. We had 3 old dirty towels. To use between four people staying there, and there was one little trash can in our entire room. Worst hotel stay EVER!
