I had read the note on the desk that housekeeping service would be provided every third day of my stay, but the team refreshed my room every day (and I was only there 4 days), so I felt very well taken care of. Very responsive, kind front desk, team, too. The only notice I would provide is that THERE IS NO ICE MACHINE ON THE SECOND FLOOR OF THIS HOTEL, which, of course, the floor that my room was on. I was exhausted and was a little frustrated to be told that I had to either take the elevator to the lobby or to THE THIRD FLOOR in order to get ice. I am a senior, and I think Radisson should revisit this issue for this particular hotel. Other than that, my stay was fine, met expectations.
