Upon check-in and looking at our room, the reservation and the room we actually received were completely different. Approach the front desk and they told us that it washotel.com‘s fault and that they had no double rooms for me and my four children and my adult daughter two adults for kids total. We were asked to make do with the bedroom with one king size bed, and a pullout couch. When I was standing in the lobby, looking at the furniture, I noticed that the corners of the arms of the chairs had vinyl tape like duct tape to keep the rest of the chair from fraying. Additionally, the kids wanted to go swimming at the indoor pool and given the rain that the area experienced caused the sewer drains in the pool area to back up on the deck of the pool area. Nothing was mentioned about this when I checked into the hotel. The hotel refused to comp me any credit or refund for the mistake in rooms and the non-cleanliness of the area itself. The tub in our room also did not close properly so I was unable to give my smallest children a bath. Breakfast the next morning was a joke, powdered eggs, and French toast, no juice, no milk, just water and coffee. After observing the untidiness and not clean areas we chose to not eat breakfast. There would not recommend this property to anyone with children or when booking through Hotels.com.
