The appartment was ok… they don’t clean it each day. We have to tell them to clean the room (and they just empty the trash…). Breakfast was « ok ». Since the last years, the breakfast was cheaper, with less choice. They do not recycle :-(

Probably won't stay here again

Our stay was definitely not worth the money, there was no hot water, the shower head did not work well. AND the smoke smell from people smoking in the room next to us was awful. Our clothes smell, the room smelled. We actually saw the person in the room next to us in the hall smoking a cigarette. We spoke to the front desk about all these issues multiple times. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was great! But for the cost we should never have to deal with cigarette smoke and having to smell it throughout our entire stay

Chaos

Yikes. The pros.. location, super comfy beds, big rooms with kitchens, Housekeeping. The cons... AC broken, smoke-filled rooms, burn holes, clueless front desk staff. Dangerous - they give out room keys like tic taks. Our room had someones belongings including a laptop. The front desk person actually asked US to touch it and bring it down to them ourselves. We ran into that guest in the lobby the next day and he said that he tried to get into our room later that night but we had it bolted. He also said that it happened to him 3 times! The front desk kept "forgetting" where they put him and giving his room to others. One of these days this type of cluelessness in management is going to lead to a safety issue.

I arrived around 3ish got to the room 330pm to walk down the hall I encountered a big dog barking at me I was told could I go in my room because she was not sure if the dog would bite I rushed my 72 year old mother into the room closed the door. Around 430 or 5pm I heard the dog barking in the room thru the walls. I didn't know hotels allowed dogs that big to even be in the hotel. Next problem the tables had burn marks on all of them the refrigerator never got cold it was on level 9 but still my juice and water was warm come 11am also had insulin in there as well which was warm the refrigerator smelled like it had a power outage and everything went spoiled but it was totally empty till I came and put items in there. It was humid on 5/13 so I checked the air it was blowing out heat turned on the air it was still humid went to the bedroom it was cool but that stopped and went back to humid I left came back around 1145pm open the door it was 83 degrees in the room the whole night whewwww. I called downstairs some one came up I think his name was Tracy I was told he couldn't give another room to give it 45 mins and to tell someone in the morning my issue again he said I don't have any rooms to give you. So it was hot then cool I woke up to heat again went downstairs talk a gentleman at the front desk with the beard and curled up mustache told him And he looked shocked then too many dogs barking on the floor I was on not satisfied at all it's a lot more but I've reached my limit

The night manager was very helpful. Still it wasn't a good experience. We weren't told the entire property was undergoing renovations. The parking lots were filled with huge dumpsters, which meant no parking space for us. I had to park my new car in front of check in, on a curved drive that left us in danger of someone coming around the corner and hitting us. You wouldn't expect a car to be there. We just came a long trip of housecleaning for my mom & were exhausted. We brought up all our stuff, including a lot of leftover food, and put everything away. Our daughter had taken a shower and we were all ready for bed when we found the fridge wouldn't make ice. We were told we could only get ice from the front desk, so my husband went down in his robe to get some. When he used his key card to open our door, the lock malfunctioned and made it so the door could not be closed. Part of the lock remained sticking out. The manager tried to fix it, but couldn't, so she called the handyman. We waited with our door partly ajar for quite a while. He couldn't fix it without removing the entire lock, so we were moved to a room on a different floor. We had to pack up all our stuff again and move. We were given a bigger room, but the tub in the master wasn't clean.We tried to get into the fitness center but it was closed due to renovations. The picture of breakfast showed waffles but there were none. The day manager promised us 6,000 Marriott points for our trouble,which we never got.

Stay away until the renovations are done

Hotel is undergoing construction. We did not know. Construction debris and loud construction vehicles outside our 1st floor room. 8 a.m. Saturday morning drilling into concrete was occurring in the room above our bed. Loud voices were heard coming from the same area. Also air conditioning unit banged on and off all night long. Front desk manager stated that the workers were to have begun at 9 a.m. not 8 a.m. like that would have made a difference?? Check out was 11 a.m. AND it was a Saturday. The manager offered Marriott points for the situation. I am not sure if we have been awarded them yet.
