although we’re aware, it was a busy weekend with travellers and hockey tournaments. We were very disappointed with the amount of service that was given, especially when spending a large amount of money from multiple nights. The first evening we stayed we ate at the restaurant in the hotel and it was unfortunately not very great, for a hefty price. breakfast was very simple, no trays to take to the room and when you have multiple children, they don’t always wanna eat before 9 AM or as soon as they wake up, it was messy and not very attended to also. Our first nights atay need we asked for a crib which we waited for and never received. The second day we went to the pool while there was no towels we asked three times and did not receive them. I ended up having to walk up and get towels from the front desk, which was going to make me wait another 10 minutes until I demanded because I had children that needed to get out of the pool and we’re cold and they finally gave me some out of the staff room. The final day unfortunate. We had lost hockey and didn’t need to be there any longer, but realized we did pay for this ahead of time and was prepared for staying another night without hockey, unfortunately, because we were not enjoying yourself in this day was not pleasant. We decided to go home a day early. I am well aware that we did purchase a three nights ahead of time and could not cancel, but thought where we kindly told them we were leaving we could receive an option for discount
