Missing link between Hotels.com and Bluegreen
I had terrible experience with my check-in. I have booked two regular rooms through Hotels.com in advance. Later I upgraded one regular room to a deluxe one in order to have two adjacent rooms. However at the check-in with Bluegreen, the front desk manager insisted that I only booked two regular rooms even I showed her the confirmation email from Hotels.com and the evidence of the paid upgrade fee. At that moment I tried to contact Hotels.com to help me to resolve this issue, but I couldn't find any Hotels.com person to talk to. Since I have paid a deluxe room and a regular rooms, I refuse to take two regular rooms that the Bluegrrem assigned. Finally the front desk manager assigned me adjacent two rooms after long dispute. I had a feeling that the manager thought she did me a favor and completely ignored that I have truly paid for this type of rooms. Terrible.
Well, other than the check-in, my stay was okay.
