Everything was good but most importantly the communication part. As we had to check out very early in the morning, we decided to pay the full amount the previous night in order to avoid any delay. Well only to know that while we were returning the keys to the front desk, one person there mentioned that we need to pay the tariff for the room. The front hotel staff could have mentioned the same to us to avoid any inconvenience to us the next morning. There was a lack of communication and also giving us the correct invoice. Because S mishap, we were delayed for our Grihapravesham function, as family and friends were waiting for us.
