We were deeply disappointed with our stay at this hotel, as several issues made our experience far below expectations for a five-star establishment.
Firstly, the elevator was out of service for the entirety of our stay. Although we were repeatedly assured it would be repaired soon, this never happened. As a result, we had to walk up and down four flights of stairs every time we needed to access our room. Had we known the issue would persist, we might have requested a room change, but the lack of transparency made the situation unnecessarily frustrating.
Secondly, the breakfast service left much to be desired. On two occasions, I ordered an omelette with cheese, specifically noting that I cannot eat pork. However, the first order arrived with ham, and the second with bacon. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially at a five-star hotel, where such dietary requirements should be handled with care and attention to detail.
While we recognize there may have been positive aspects to the hotel, these significant shortcomings greatly impacted our overall experience. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel based on our stay.
