Not sure about acrepeat
Pillows were insufficient (too flat). Fire alarm went off 5 times without warning. And the breakfast order was unsatisfying.

Great find in Brunswick
Great find in Brunswick with a lot of charm and nice clean rooms. Excellent location of Main Street within walking distance of almost everything.
The hotel seems to have a great restaurant in 555 North, but unfortunately the restaurant is only open for dinner after 5:00. It is a shame as the one thing that is missing from the hotel is a proper breakfast in the morning.
Unfortunately the central heating in our room wasn't working, something that must have been like that for a while and they were using a portable AC/Heating Unit for climate control that was quite loud when on high which is what you need to have it at to properly heat the room.

Too pricey
At $400 a nite seemed over priced - bad overly fluffy synthetic pillows and fan not working in bathroom.

What a beautiful little hidden gem! So pleased that I took a chance and booked this place last minute. The front desk staff were delightful. The lobby had several places to sit and relax if you wanted to escape the room for a bit. The restaurant on site 555 is outstanding! Told my husband I’m already planning a trip back!

Good for a one night stay
This was just a quick one night stay. The pluses were that it was an update large room with good temperature control. I thought they lobby had a cool vibe - loved the decor. Although the bedroom was updated, the bathroom was not. We were on the backside of the hotel and you could hear freeway noise all night. Also, no coffee in the room but instead you go to the end of the hall. It’s the first thing I do in the morning so I slipped out there in my pajamas and of course ran into someone - just wish there was a maker in the room. No ice machine on the floor, so instead you go to the lobby and there is a freezer in a room with individually bagged ice, which was more than we needed so somewhat wasteful and the plastic bag was unnecessary.

This is a beautiful hotel but lacked the amenities other hotels generally supply the traveler with. No coffee maker in the room. If you want coffee, you can get it after 6:00am till empty on every floor. No microwave, no ice machine. Doors going to the parking lot, which are accessed through the basement, are open till 12:00am. When we left at 6:00am they were open. No overhead to shield you from the rain when checking in or repacking your car. There is a restaurant on premise, but no snack or soda machine. The hotel seems to be focused on appearance and not so much on the travelers things they need.

We loved staying at The Federal! It was lovely. The bagged breakfast was excellent! The only thing we thought was a bit much was 50.00 a night for a dog. Per stay would be fine but nightly pricy. Still love the place.

Beautiful property, very clean, 555 had excellent food and staff was exceptional. The only marginal comment I can make is that the bed wasn’t very comfortable. It was clearly well used as there was an indentation where the majority of clients that have stayed in that room clearly prefer.
