Great location. Very affordable.
Caterina, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Safe and secure residence of UoT in the downtown area. Perfect location, friendly staff, and a reasonable price. I enjoyed the whole experience, except for the bed quality - so noisy and had stains. If you are travelling alone, this is a perfect option.
Cong, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

It's the best price in town, it's direct, easy and it's bare bones. You best not be there for breakfast in bed.
Lorne, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

The location is excellent, close to downtown Toronto, which is very convenient for restaurants, cafes, and shopping. Receptionists who are students are very kind and friendly. The inside of the facility is a bit complicated, but excellent security. The room is just functional and acceptable for the price.
Yukiko, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

The bed was a little hard for my liking.
Alan, 3-night trip

The check in process was complicated. The place was fairly clean, but the mouse traps threw me for a loop. I guess that is normal for a big city?
Janet, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Beds were awful. Everything else was fine. Parking is garage and expensive

Great price, quiet and clean. Bed not too comfortable. Washrooms a far walk down the hall, not too great for middle of the night. Recommended parking garage a distance away and the machine wouldn't allow me to pay past 6am for the next day.
Larry, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Good location, decent value, but the heat was on in the building for some reason and it was June 1. Weather was cooler than normal but it was very uncomfortable to sleep in a hot room. Even with windows open, we were sweating all night. The beds were not comfortable but they were adequate for one night. Would probably not stay again in the summer- not having an accessible thermostat could make for an unbearable night here.

One night perfect

For a one night stay it is perfect
Gabriel, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Inexpensive but safe option near downtown Toronto with great public transport. It's a university dorm room so it's not fancy, and the bathroom is down the hall, but he building is well kept and the staff is friendly.
Alexandre, 4-night trip

6/10 Good

キャンパス内なので立地は最高でした。値段もリーズナブルだと思います。学生寮なので仕方ないのだが、ヘアドライヤーを持ってこなくて苦労しました。
Yuji, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Front desk morning staff were not the most hospitable and the water in shower rooms wasnt
Dhriti, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Wilson Hall Residence is exactly what it claims to be: a university residence. It is clean, safe, comfortable, and affordable. It's a great place to base a visit to Toronto.
Cheryl, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

First it needs to be stated that this is a university residence, not a hotel -- if you want the whole luxury hotel experience (spa, gym, room service, chocolate on your pillow, etc) this isn't the place to stay. But if you just want a comfortable bed and a quiet, private room, this is ideal. The bed was certainly comfortable, and the rooms (and the whole residence) is clean and tidy. A wardrobe and dresser is provided, as well as a desk (it's a student residence, after all). There are washrooms on each floor (with showers), and guests have access to a kitchen and the laundry room. This is probably the least expensive place to stay in Toronto (other than a hostel, where rooms are shared with others) -- in fact, the price is exceptional. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, and ready to answer any questions. When and if I come to Toronto again, I will absolutely be staying here.

Convenient and beautiful neighborhood.
Alaya, 5-night trip

it was HOT
Rémi, 4-night trip

2/10 Poor

Pretty poorly kept place. Yeah on the hallway, weird smell in the kitchen, creaky beds. Two of the three shared showers (probably shared among 30-40 guests!) were unusable. Nice people in the front desk but generally less informed than one would expect.
Nazir, 4-night trip

Good budget stay!

6/10 Good

Clim non fonctionnelle en pleine canicule. Toilettes communes pas très propres. Pour le reste, personnel adorable et logement bien placé.
Agnes, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great being on the campus of UofT. Easy access to public transportation. Beds are not the most comfortable but its manageable for a few days.
Daniele, 4-night trip

Die Unterkunft ist eine Art Studentenwohnheim. Wen das nicht stört, bekommt eine günstige, saubere und zentral gelegene Alternative zu einem Hotel

Le prix est bien mais il y as problèmes de stationnement
