S’est donné 4* mais 3* aurait été suffisant

L’accueil à notre arrivée a été chaleureux et rassurant. L’hôtel, en revanche, montre son âge : propre dans l’ensemble mais marqué par l’usure. Notre chambre comptait deux lits simples séparés et une petite salle de bain aux équipements modernes mais mal entretenus : douche sans porte, jets bouchés, sol inondé après usage. Le Wi-Fi était disponible mais trop lent pour un usage réel. Le petit-déjeuner buffet était correct, mais l’ambiance désagréable : serveurs pressés et bruyants, assiettes et ustensiles nettoyés à grand fracas dans la salle même, chaises cognées pour enlever les miettes. On est loin d’un service apaisant. Par ailleurs, contrairement à ce que certaines plateformes laissent entendre, il n’y a pas de restaurant sur le toit. En résumé : un hôtel fonctionnel et bien situé, pratique près de la gare et du centre, mais qui n’atteint pas le niveau attendu d’un 4 étoiles. L’accueil reste un point fort, mais l’entretien et la qualité du service doivent être revus.

Voyage en famille. Hôtel situé en centre ville, donc pratique car proche de tout : métro, gare centrale, arrêt du bus touristique, commerces, restaurants et snack. Le personnel était vraiment très sympathique et accueillant. Seul bémol : dommage que l'heure de départ de la chambre soit aussi tôt (10h) et que la garde des bagages soit payante.

It was OK for one person for one night, although I'm a little above average height and weight, so the bed was a little too small. Also, there was no complimentary water and the wending machine takes only coins. If you only use credit card you're out of luck (an drink). Very convenient garage, very good restaurant (Davide), good breakfast, although steak could be better (I'm from Texas, so spoiled).

Le personnel de l’hôtel et du restaurant est très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est complet. Les chambres sont spacieuses mais les spots au plafond sont trop éblouissant. Proche de la gare pour les trajets Alibus pour l’aéroport et du train pour aller à Pompéi et au Vésuve ( très pratique) Le métro et juste à côté pour aller direction le centre historique.
