This hotel is marketed as 5-star, but the rooms are nowhere close—old furniture, tired decor, and an overall worn-out feel. It’s clear they haven’t been renovated in a long time. If you’re expecting luxury, you’ll be disappointed. That said, the staff was the one saving grace. The service was genuinely excellent—helpful, polite, and clearly trying their best despite the outdated environment. Until the rooms get a serious upgrade, this hotel is riding on its team, not its facilities.
