Nice public areas poor rooms

The rooms needs an update. And the air/smell was not good. A lot of noise from the highway. Gym is VERY NICE!! Good restaurant, although I chose to sit outside where a lot of people was smoking which I don’t like. But that was my mistake. Or maybe the hotel could make a none smoking zone? All in all an ok hotel. But I would go for a updated room if possible.

Breakfast is terrible. Not the level I expected Valk would be. Hams looks like it has been laying there all night Same as the cheese. The room I had was worn out a little. The furniture and the floor The airco I set at the lowest level but in the morning it was still terrible hot. And sweating all night. And awake therefore

Perfekt beliggende hotel lige ved motorvejen i rolige omgivelser, og med gratis parkering. Flot og dejligt ny renoveret værelse med køleskab og god plads. Skøn morgenmad, og rigtig god aften restaurant til fair priser. Rengøringen var ikke i top, vi fik ikke tømt skraldespand den ene dag, og de beskidte håndklæder var bare lagt på bænken på værelset, og der var ikke lagt nye, vi gjorde opmærksom på det, og det blev straks rettet. Kan klart anbefale dette hotel.

It is building work going on large scale and builders start using heavy machinery and drilling 7.30 AM in the morning. There is no notice information in the room or hotel. It was no information about building work on expedia.

Hoewel de kamer enigzins gedateerd is, is het verblijf in een van der Valk eigenlijk altijd goed. Ontbijten bij van der Valk is een feestje (helaas werden de tafels niet afgeruimd) al met al prima verblijf

Mooi hotel met goed personeel. Het hotel ligt niet per se op een mooie plek, maar is wel goed bereikbaar en ook binnen het bereik van veel mooie plaatsen.

Really had to get in!

The gate to the parking lot didnt work. When we got in eventually the pre-payment wasnt registred. We had to pay again, which mean we paid double (We got a refund a few days later). The room key didnt work, so we had to go back a have it fixed. The reception seemed uninterested in all our problems.

Goed hotel vlakbij de snelweg

Vriendelijk en bezorgd personeel. Uitgebreide lekkere eetmogelijkheden. Goede kamer. Grote parking. De pompjes voor de zeep en shampoo in de luxe douche deden het niet. Het schilderwerk van de deurkozijn aan de badkamerdeur is echt aan vernieuwing toe (vooral onderaan). Zou niet mogen voor een ****hotel.

Leider momentan baustelle

Ich war bereits sehr oft in dem Hotel und eigentlich immer zufrieden. Diesmal leider nicht und das habe ich beim checkout auch gesagt. Man bezahlt mittlerweile 180 Euro für eine Nacht und das ist ohne Frühstück. Man beachte das das Hotel nicht mitten in einer Großstadt liegt sondern eher ländlich in Limburg !! Für den Preis ist das Zimmer nicht neu renoviert oder so. Problem war diesmal das dort Baumaßnahmen stattfinden und mein Zimmer lag direkt 5 Meter entfernt. Das war mir beim einchecken nicht aufgefallen aber am nächsten morgen wurde schon früh mit einer flex die Pflastersteine geschnitten. Der Lärm war unerträglich. Auf meinen Hinweis an der Rezeption beim checkout kam der Hinweis das hätte ich doch am Vorabend sehen können und um ein anderes Zimmer bitten können. (Echt jetzt …..). Zusätzlich wurde im System vermerkt das ich beim nächsten mal ein ruhiges Zimmer bekommen soll. Kein Rabatt auf den absurden Preis, kein Gutschein für ein Getränk, das empfand ich nicht als Service. Hotel ansonsten gut, valk Standard halt
