We try to book SpringHill Suites on regular for our travels, so we booked this one as well for a few nights. It is definitely not the same standard as other SpringHill Suites in terms of layout, room options, and amenities. Looks to be another brand originally that has been retrofitting to be a SpringHill Suites, which was slightly disappointing. Room and property are showing age/wear, just looks a little long in the tooth compared to newer SpringHill Suites. Amenities are average, resort fee seemed off for what little was offered. We did not use the shuttle service as it only went to Disney properties and we were going to Universal. Paid to park and had a $5 resort fee tacked on to that. Being an Orlando resort, it definitely focused on families going to Disney and as a result, breakfast was always crazy busy no matter the time of day.
As for the room, felt older and shown its wear. Couch wasnt super comfortable, halls and carpets had scuffs or wear marks all over.
Not the worst rebranded SpringHill Suite ive stayed in, but definitely not the standard quality of other SpringHill Suites.
