Absolutely love, love this place!! Incredible location with 5 minute walks to the Duomo, alla Scala, Sforza Castle, and Pinacoteca di Brera. I dare you to find a sweeter and more caring staff. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel however is more like various rooms in an apartment building so the staff has no control over the neighboring apartments. We had to move rooms the first evening because there was a huge party in an apartment next door to our room (the terrace room on the 3rd floor). We moved to a room next to the kitchen adjoining the lobby which was quieter but again adjoining the kitchen and lobby. They were nice enough to move us but the whole situation was unfortunate. I’ve stayed in the area many times but my previous hotel closed because the owner retired. As much as I don’t like writing bad reviews and as accommodating as the staff was, I wouldn’t recommend staying here regrettably.
