I enjoyed staying at this apartment. I found the management were good when I needed to communicate with them.
The area is excellent, London at its best and my unit was spacious; good air conditioners

Fab pent house stay.
The place was perfect for what we needed. Perfect location for museums and we ate in the area too. The communication was easy and promt. The little outside space was super for a little supper at the end of busy days. Free wifi was usful to plan the next days activities. Tube station was close. The whole place was clean and all in working order. Sofa bed was comfy enough. Air con was welcome in august. Lift was slow but worked fine and great for my parents. Thank you. Would stay again.

Perfect if you’re going to the Natural history museum or any of the other museums nearby. Has three types of coffee makers, pod espresso machine, filter coffee brewer and French press. A bit expensive, but hey, it’s London after all!

Avoid avoid avoid
Arrived late at night for a 4 night stay… apartment 5 that we booked was occupied so we were shown into another apartment and there was water pouring through the ceiling from the apartment upstairs. No other rooms available in this property or their others so had no choice but to stay. Was told their maintenance team knew about the problem but were on vacation! Promised us that night would be refunded.
Promised us the leak would be fixed first thing in the morning. No-one turned up… the water leak had damaged the lights so they weren’t working (it’s v dark in the basement apartment) so I was struggling to work.
The leak then must have tripped the fire alarm because that started going off and the cleaner (only person at the property) couldn’t turn it off.
I’m now trying to work with a fire alarm blaring. Maintenance eventually arrived after lunch after me chasing people many times on the phone. They did not fix the leak, but fixed the fire alarm by ripping it out of the ceiling.
Long story short… leak was not fixed and they moved us to a vacant apartment for our last night, so 3 days/nights with water flowing into the kitchen/towels everywhere/no lights working/little to no communication or help with cleaning up the water.
After a lot of phone calls they eventually agreed to 50% compensation (despite 75% of our nights in a barely habitable apartment) yet this refund still hasn’t been paid a week after leaving. Worst experience I’ve ever had staying anywhere
