Lovely hotel. Very large. Nice room, good view of pools. Very clean and well kept. Pool area very nice, lots of sun beds which made the need for the sad people who reserve their little spot at 7am unnecessary. Food was nice. Short walk to beaches. Altogether would recommend. Great 4 star, nice 5 star
Clean, spacious and epic breakfast. Really good services available. Fair pricing in shops. Great pool area. Rooms are nice but are a bit dated. Spotless though. Lack of sockets so bring an extension. Not really 5 star but maybe after refurb planned for 2025

Short break
The hotel is very big but it never felt too busy. The room was large and clean with a lovely view over the pool and the ocean in the distance. I sent several queries in advance of our stay and didn’t receive a reply to any of them. We booked full board and the confirmation from hotels.com failed to mention that long trousers are required in the restaurant at night until 21 June. We walked for an hour trying to buy long trousers but this is Tenerife and it was 30 degrees so long trousers were not acquired! There were men in jeans and women in play suits and bikini tops in the dining room at night so the dress code, as they called it, made no sense. The hotel is quite dated but nothing wrong with it. The pool area is lovely. The food was also nice and fresh.

Some of the rooms in the corners of the building tend to be dark and overlooked. Some rooms were a tiny bit dated but generally in good condition
