We were upgraded to a beautiful suite with views of Lake Biwa. The shuttle bus to the train station is very convenient. Otsu is a beautiful city and we plan to return for a longer time.

It has the most spectacular views over the lake! Was peaceful and beautiful. We loved the buffet breakfast each morning as there weren't cafes for brekky close by, but do not recommend the buffet dinner - was very overpriced for what you got. There are great, cheaper and more delicious restaurant choices nearby. The regular bus transfer to the station was very helpful! Used it most days.

I stayed 4 nights. It was the beginning of September, a terribly hot month in Japan. I had planned to spend the day swimming in the pool, but it was closed on weekdays. I could not swim at all. The size of the room and the view were wonderful.

Everything fine except when I was seatrd on the toilet my private parts were touching the water in toilet. I had to take a shower after each time I used the toilet... Probably, the water level should be adjusted if possible.

住得不開心，所以忘了拍照片
房間比較老舊，空調沒作用，一整個超級悶、超級熱，浴室裡面沒有空調，在裡面洗澡真的非常悶熱（我是2月初天氣冷的時候入住），隔天早上跟櫃檯人員反映後，第二個晚上，房間不悶熱了，但一整個晚上一直有奇怪的聲音，好像大樓在搖的聲音，但第一個晚上沒有這個聲音，不知道，反正住宿體驗不佳
