Perfect for our short Milan visit, only minutes from the Castello/Duomo and Train station (Cadorna) Hotel seems to have had a recent re-furb so all clean and fresh. Amir, on the front desk was a wealth of information and made made us feel at home.

Fresh small hotel for a night stay

Simple, small rooms but fresh and clean condition. Will for sure stay again. Dont expect any breakfast, but as allover Italy there is a lot of small coffee shops just around the corner.

Room very basic but fine just for somewhere to lay your head at night. Staff friendly and helpful if needed. Just very noisy unfortunately you could hear the scraping of the furniture from anywhere it seemed so was awake from 5am both mornings. However very central to everything!

Part of the hotel has been remodeled. We were register in a room with closet broken with not doors. There was not drawers during close to two weeks we have to maintain our clothes in suitcases. Wall paper torn. Bathroom tiny.

I don’t mind cheap and cheerful, but expensive and rude I don’t enjoy. Staff are very rude and unprofessional. I booked for myself and guest, explaining (and paying) on check in my friend would arrive after me, apparently all ok. When they arrived, they interrogated them and I had to come to reception to confirm my booking etc and provide further identification. For some reason, this took 10 mins to check ID and allow my friend to enter. Staff wear gym clothes, also confirming the lack of professionalism. The room came with a kettle, great, but no cups, coffee or tea. Warning that not all floors are renovated as shown in the photos, some rooms are still old 1980s.

I know I booked a room with the bathroom inside the room!!!. I saw the rooms described with bathrooms down the hallway, so I thought and still think I avoided and did not book such. The day prior to, I get the surprise... and the transaction was non refundable and non transferable. I made the mistake of booking for 4 nights instead of 3 and they did not give me a chance, took my money without second thoughts. So I ended up paying for a night I did not use. Be aware!!!, cause the room description states "private bathroom", the only detailed they failed to emphasize was that the room was private, no one but you will use it, but it is located down the hall and not inside the room. And to top it off, the "normal" rooms were cheaper than mine!! So if you have to urinate in the middle of the night....well, you get the idea....

Il mio soggiorno al London Hotel

Purtroppo questa volta non mi sono trovata a mio agio. La stanza era pulita e il personale socievole ma la doccia era situata in un box a parte dal resto del bagno, vicino al letto , l’asciugacapelli a muro non funzionava e non c’era uno non a muro da potermi imprestare. La stanza accanto alla porta dell’ascensore purtroppo non era isolata da rumori e voci esterne. Sono a Milano per lavoro e non posso non dormire la notte. Purtroppo non tornerò più . Grazie mille APF

Appalling. Photos of room on Expedia are very misleading. They show a bathroom in the room but it was down the other end of the corridor so we had to get dressed to go to the toilet at night which wakes up your partner because the bedroom light goes on. Also, no robe was supplied. When I tried to communicate with them about this but they ignored me. The light in the bathroom didn't work. I told them but 15 hours later it still was not fixed. No tea coffee or water was supplied. $497.86 was a rip off

The location is 10/10. However, the rooms are extremely small and uncomfortable. We were not able to turn on the Air Conditioner (we asked for help to 3 different members of the staff). The rooms are clean and renovated. The bathroom is also extremely small, it’s very difficult to have a proper shower, and also had a bad smell. It lacks of basic bathroom spaces: like a towel hanger, somewhere to put your personal hygene accesories, and even a place in the washbasin to put the soap.
