Very nice place to stay at, next to the train station and walkable (about 35-40 mins) from the nearest beach, if that's what you're looking for. It was also near the night Feria, so that was nice.

For a short stay and the right price ok.
It's a student home. The room I had was very small, I was not able to keep my suitcase open and walk in the room at the same time. The location was close to the airport which was good for me. I would say for a short layover it's fine but certainly not a vacation place.

Found three silverfish in the room, the drape for the window did not go all the way down to provide sufficient darkness in the morning. Screaming in the night and heard the neighboring doors shut.
