My stay was great! Had access to YouTube to rent a movie and they were able to accommodate a special request. We had to use the shuttle to get to the airport and the driver was very nice, professional, and respectful.
The front desk personnel were lovely, and they can only work with what they are given. But the room wasnât as clean as I expected with old cereal and debris underneath the bed and the towels were dingy. The elevator floors were deteriorated and crumbling. And there were groups of people yelling and banging doors up and down the hall multiple times over my stay.
We had to find a place to stay because our flight was delayed. The staff was awesome. They came and picked us up and got us back to the airport in plenty of time. We got much-needed rest in a comfortable clean atmosphere.
The common area of the hotel was clean and very nice looking, the breakfast was good, the room was clean. The heated pool was the main reason for the for picking the property to stay. We traveled from Michigan to vist the children and grand children for Christmas and New Years, planned to have the grand children come and use the pool. When we went to use the pool all the lights were turned off, and the water was very cool. The receptionist said they forgot to turn the lights on and the pool was open. When i asked about it being cold she said that the pool was open but the heater did not work. The heater hasnt worked for a long time, the water was around 45 to 50 degrees, the ocean would have been warmer.
