Bad customer service, needs updating!
The hotel definitely needs a deep clean and some new paint, mattresses and pillows. There was something that had dripped down the bathroom door and was never cleaned and the paint is showing a lot of wear. The mattress was very squeaky and the pillows were very thin. I was impressed that there was a small kitchenette in the room and a decent size TV (larger than the typical 32”). I also accidentally left my body pillow there and when I called the hotel to see if they had it, they did cal me back to say they did in fact find it…to get it back I would have to mail them a postage paid package to have it sent back to me. Bad customer service in my opinion. Also “continental breakfast” was far from anything I would call such a breakfast. There was a machine to serve coffee and hot water, small packaged muffins and small yogurts. We stayed one night and not sure I will stay more than that.
