Cleanliness was awful. When we arrived, there was a thick black hair hanging off of one of the towels, the carpet was damp in some areas, and there was a fake eyelash in the shower. Housekeeping had gone home for the day when we checked in and wouldn't arrive until 11, and they apparently are the only ones with access to towels, pillows, blankets, etc.
There was a crack in our window, and it didn't have a screen.
The breakfast was okay, and the front desk person was polite.
Overall, fairly close to what we expected for the price. It wasn't located in a nice neighborhood, but it also wasn't a super scary neighborhood. I felt safe enough knowing I was staying there with two other people.
