Hotel is clean, but needs another elevator. It is hard to describe the smell of our room. Needs a new carpet or do some carpet shampooing. Staff needs to be more friendlier, especially the breakfast lounge . Breakfast area is so small.

Hotel smelled absolutely disgusting. Overpopulated and overcrowded only one elevator that made leaving and entering the hotel take ages. Service was decent but lack of employees around the welcome center when needed. Breakfast “room” which was closet sized and lacked any decent food and was not organized at all and minimal seating.

We had a fantastic stay for the Sand Soccer tournament. The facility and rooms were clean and well maintained. The beds were comfy and quiet. Breakfast had a variety of options and was well tended. Staff were attentive and friendly. My only complaint, which will hold true for just about any hotel on the beach, is that parking is always a pain. There are several lots available, but at one point it was so busy cars were parking behind other cars. Other than that, I have no other complaints.

Food was awful, same bfast daily. Coffee was ok. Funny smell in lobby. Floors constantly wet from pool, no runners— easy to slip. One elevator, long wait times. room was nice/ big. Asked front desk for pool towels, told staff was at lunch and they will restock when they get back. He could have just gone in back and gotten towels. Few min later, i asked cleaning staff and they retrieved towels immed. Do not recommend this hotel. Its one step up from a motel!

The property itself was in short walking distance to the Beach; so for a mobility-impaired individual, it was nice to be able to get back and forth so easily. The room was spacious and well kept. Accessibility to the shower was accommodating. The Dove pump sprays for body wash, lotion, handwash, conditioner, and shampoo was a good provision. The towels were always fresh and clean, The breakfast area was well kept, stocked, and offered an opportunity for good morning meal. The 24 hour coffee machines were a definite blessing. There were ample places to find meals close by. The cost of the stay was reasonable considering no kitchenette and an outdoor very cold water pool. The only thing I found irritating was that there was only two parking spaces for handicapped parking so at times I had to park where ever a space was open which meant that it was difficult for me to get out of my vehicle for the lack of space between me and the person parked beside me. Other than that, I enjoyed the stay and am grateful for the kind service shared by staff and management.

The property is relatively old and has been renovated however, you could tell they just added some new paint and new furniture. The rooms could do well with some routine DEEP cleaning, the bathrooms need to be changed, and a shower curtain or divider needs to be implemented showering was a complete and uncomfortable mess each time.

Worst Hotel on My 6-State Road Trip

This is by far the worst hotel I have stayed at during my 6-state road trip, and it is shockingly overrated on Hotels.com. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. There was no soap in the bathroom, and even the hand soap dispenser was empty. When we requested extra pillows, we were told no due to "limitations" or "shortage." The sofa bed was the worst I’ve ever seen — completely uncomfortable, impossible to sleep on, and had no cover at all, even though I paid for a room for 5 people. This is unacceptable and feels like a complete disregard for guest comfort. The breakfast was terrible, with very limited options, and the breakfast area itself is a cramped, closed room with only 8 tables — totally inadequate for the number of guests. It was so crowded that many people had nowhere to sit. The furniture is old, poorly maintained, and the overall cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Service was unfriendly and unhelpful throughout our stay. Parking is available but comes with an extra $13.73 fee, which feels unreasonable given the low quality of the stay. The pool is tiny and unappealing, nothing like the photos. Overall, this hotel is overpriced, overrated, and not worth it. I would never stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, or decent service.
