Always a great stay

Always a great place to stay, checked out all the pools, had a lovely buffet breakfast in the Lakeside Cafe, tea and cookies in the afternoons. Love the opportunity to choose the view and having a balcony on a hot day gives you the chance to sit outside from the comfort of your room. My favourite rooms are in the East Tower and favourite pool is the adult pool. It may be pricey but if you want R&R in a fabulous location, the resort is great summer or winter.
East tower, mountain view had a great view of the lake too.

We were given the smallest room,although it was clean but looks really old, lamps by the bedside both not working, pillows were flat. Checked in on time but was asked to wait as rooms weren't ready yet. Overall staff were all friendly and helpful.
