Excellent location very close to Roma Termini train station. Breakfast is included, which was a nice perk. Room is small but comfortable and includes a mini-fridge, which is one reason why we chose this hotel. Very nice, friendly desk staff, on site 24 hours.

This building was comfortable and felt more secured compared to the annex. The main building felt more of a hotel with modern amenities. This is a 2.5 star hotel. There is nothing wrong with it...you get what you pay for. It is clean and functional. Staff is pleasant. Location is convenient to both the train and subway. Complimentary breakfast was a nice plus. It is not luxurious. Neighborhood is fine; some good restaurants nearby.

That it was close to the main train station and easy to walk to even with luggage in hand. The staff was very friendly and a nice selection of food at breakfast. Overall, this is a great place to stay when touring around Rome it is easy because it is so near the main train station that takes you every place.

The family rooms are not in the Hotel but a floor in another building where also other enterprices are located. The rooms were not maintained very well and we ended up with bed bugs and left 1 day early. Personal at reception was friendly but staff for breakfast were very rude.

the place felt completely dirty. we were only there for one night and it felt so unclean and unsanitary, would not recommend. the morning after i spotted a bug on the bed i wasn't sure what it was and sure enough identified it as a bed bug. i examined by body and had bites everywhere. i had to do a deep cleaning of everything i had. DO NOT STAY HERE!
